性能簡介
一、恒溫加熱器用途：
該儀器按國家保護總局《水和廢水監(jiān)測分析方法》第四版中化學需氧量分析方法的節(jié)能加熱法，可廣泛的應用于環(huán)保、衛(wèi)生、醫(yī)藥、食品、石化、科研，造紙、冶金和印染等行業(yè)的化學需氧量的分析，同現(xiàn)行重鉻酸鉀法（CODCr）測定化學需氧量的回流裝置相比，具有體積小、節(jié)水、節(jié)電、恒溫、操作簡便等特點。
二、恒溫加熱器結構原理：
1、由節(jié)能COD恒溫加熱器與加熱管及空氣冷凝管組成。
2、采用導熱性能良好鑄鋁爐體，爐體均布12個恒溫加熱槽，可同時做12個樣品。
3、爐溫由溫度傳感器傳輸至控制線路，而實現(xiàn)自動恒溫。
4、加熱管及冷凝管選用硬質料玻璃，熱膨脹系數(shù)小。使用時在加熱管內加入準備消化的水樣和試劑，并裝上空氣冷凝管，放入恒溫槽中。在工作溫度下（165℃～170℃）保證管內混合劑沸騰良好，回流充分。
三、恒溫加熱器性能特點：
1. 節(jié)水、節(jié)電，不用冷卻水，占用空間小。
2. 操作方便、溫度設置采用數(shù)字化設定。
3. 智能控制可實現(xiàn)自動恒溫。
4. 采用金屬加熱板，升溫速度快，恒溫效果好。
5. 通過防水鍵盤即可實現(xiàn)對儀器參數(shù)的標定。
四、恒溫加熱器技術參數(shù)

3、溫度可調范圍：50℃~200℃
4、升溫時間：升至工作溫度小于30分鐘
