性能簡介
一、恒溫加熱器用途:
該儀器按國家保護總局《水和廢水監(jiān)測分析方法》第四版中化學需氧量分析方法的節(jié)能加熱法,可廣泛的應用于環(huán)保、衛(wèi)生、醫(yī)藥、食品、石化、科研,造紙、冶金和印染等行業(yè)的化學需氧量的分析,同現(xiàn)行重鉻酸鉀法(CODCr)測定化學需氧量的回流裝置相比,具有體積小、節(jié)水、節(jié)電、恒溫、操作簡便等特點。
二、恒溫加熱器結構原理:
1、由節(jié)能COD恒溫加熱器與加熱管及空氣冷凝管組成。
2、采用導熱性能良好鑄鋁爐體,爐體均布12個恒溫加熱槽,可同時做12個樣品。
3、爐溫由溫度傳感器傳輸至控制線路,而實現(xiàn)自動恒溫。
4、加熱管及冷凝管選用硬質料玻璃,熱膨脹系數(shù)小。使用時在加熱管內加入準備消化的水樣和試劑,并裝上空氣冷凝管,放入恒溫槽中。在工作溫度下(165℃~170℃)保證管內混合劑沸騰良好,回流充分。
三、恒溫加熱器性能特點:
1. 節(jié)水、節(jié)電,不用冷卻水,占用空間小。
2. 操作方便、溫度設置采用數(shù)字化設定。
3. 智能控制可實現(xiàn)自動恒溫。
4. 采用金屬加熱板,升溫速度快,恒溫效果好。
5. 通過防水鍵盤即可實現(xiàn)對儀器參數(shù)的標定。
